Architectural refurbishment of existing 70's bungalow. Addition of Kitchen with Study/Bedroom spaces over. Opens onto north facing outdoor deck and landscaping. Reconfiguration of existing living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms maximising coastal view amenity. Project at concept design stage.
